Our substitute teachers, para educators, and secretaries are contracted through the EduStaff in coordination with the WISD. If you are interested in being a teacher, para educator or secretary substitute, please visit the EduStaff site to begin the application and signup process. Please note that all steps of the EduStaff process, including orientations, must be complete before you may begin any substitute assignments above.

All other substitutes such as Buildings and Grounds and Food and Nutrition are hired directly by our district. You may contact Human Resources at 734-424-4104 for more information about those positions.
Our non-DEA Coaching staff is hired by the Dexter Community School District but contracted through EduStaff. If you are a Dexter coach who needs to enroll as an employee with EduStaff, please contact EduStaff or Athletics for assistance.
