2025-2026 Transportation Plans Form

All DCS Families (even those whose students will not ride a bus) are requested to complete this form once a year between June 1 and August 15. Submit once for all students in the same household.

August 26, 2025: REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. As of 7pm August 25, the window has closed and we will not be processing new registrations or changes until after school starts, during the first 2 weeks.

We are sin the process of finalizing the web posting of routes and hub lists assignments so we can prepare the driver packets and teacher lists.

As we do enter any new stops after schools starts, submitters will receive a confirmation email that includes the individual stop information.


Remember that DCS instituted a no-transport zone in fall 2024. Families who live within those boundaries are not eligible for transportation, so we encourage them to make plans and practice them over the summer. For further information, please review the no-transport information on our website.
