Reminder to Complete Annual Forms in PowerSchool 10-2-2025

Dear Parents and Guardians of DCS Young 5 through 12th grade students,

Each August, DCS sends out to all families (new and returning) notification to complete annual forms in PowerSchool. This year, our database was having issues and we did not do so. Some parents have already logged into PowerSchool to complete these forms for their students but most have not. 

If you already completed the forms, your student's form tabs will look like this:

If you haven't yet completed the forms, your student's form tab will look like this:

To complete the forms, log into PowerSchool using this link: https://ps.dexterschools.org/public/home.html

Click on your student's name, then the forms button, and select the annual forms from the all forms tab or general forms tab. 

• These forms usually do not function well on the app, so please try the PS website (link above) on a larger device if you have issues on a phone. 
• Information and FAQs about Annual Acknowledgements is on our website. Detailed directions are also available if you would like. 
• If you have any issues logging into your parent PowerSchool account, please contact your student's building secretary.
