Neil Stinebaugh is a custodian for Dexter Community Schools and is also a DHS alumnus (class of 2005) and the parent of three current Dreadnaughts.
Neil’s work is exemplary. He pays great attention to detail, pays attention to the big picture, and is always ready to pitch in wherever help is needed. Director of Facilities Brian Schuler had this to say: “Neil always puts in 100% effort. He has a great attitude and treats everyone with respect and kindness. He is always willing to step up and help when and wherever it is needed."
Neil came to our attention through the following nice job note from a district administrator:
I want to give a shout out to Neil Stinebaugh. Neil is a true shining star for Dexter Schools. He not only ensures Mill Creek is clean and ready each day for students and staff but he puts in countless overtime hours. He trains new staff, is collaborative in his role as DESPA President, and he takes pride in making sure our DCS facilities shine. Neil is a role model of a DCS employee. His kindness, professionalism, work-ethic, and team player mentality make him one of our best. Thank you, Neil, for all you do and give to Dexter Community Schools!
Thank you, Neil!
