Supt. Update 2-11-2025

Dear DCS,

With the excitement of real winter weather coming our way, I wanted to take a few minutes to share a few information items:

• If the forecasts hold for the snow amounts, please be conscious of students sledding on the Wylie sled hill when driving in the area.  It's a great hill for some winter fun but sometimes we get drivers who aren't aware that so many kids will be on the hill and we ask you to please slow down in the area.
• We've scheduled a series of May 2025 Bond Proposal forums for our community to attend.  The forums have multiple purposes. Each forum is an opportunity to connect in community conversations about our schools, how well DCS is meeting the needs of our students, how well DCS is meeting the needs of our community and to talk about details of the May 2025 Bond Proposal.  Information is available on our website at:  https://www.dexterschools.org/2025-bond.
