All DCS Families are requested to complete this form once a year between June 1 and August 15. Submit once for all students in the same household.

Families who complete this form by June 28th will be entered in a drawing for a little bit of Dexter swag! 

Routing students on buses is a complex task that takes time. If you complete this form after August 15, your student may not be placed on a bus until after the first week of school.

Remember that DCS is instituting a no-transport zone for fall 2024. Families who live within those boundaries will not be eligible for transportation, so we encourage you to make plans and practice them over the summer. Please review the no-transport information on our website.
