Tammy Reich earned a bachelor of science degree in Elementary Education from Towson University in Baltimore. She started her career in education as a fourth grade teacher in Maryland before moving to Michigan in 1995. Tammy taught fifth and sixth grades at Creekside for nearly a decade, then served as Assistant Principal at Mill Creek Middle School and Elementary Principal at Symons Elementary School in Milan. Tammy also holds a master of arts degree in Reading and a specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University. Tammy and her family have lived in Dexter for fourteen years. She has two children currently enrolled in the district and one who graduated from Dexter High School.

Lauren Snider Thompson graduated from Dexter High school and earned a bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Purdue University. This past year Lauren earned a second master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania with a focus practices and strategies to improve the grit and resilience of students, and teachers. Lauren's teaching experience over the past nine years includes teaching middle school science, a special education (including four years at Creekside), and graduation coach.

Trina Cox -- Trina Cox has been a Dexter Schools employee for eleven years. She started her career as an office para-pro and lunch room monitor at Creekside and in January of 2017 returned as a secretary. Trina has two children, one who graduated from Dexter High School and one currently in the district. In her free time, Trina enjoys skyping with her grandson and socializing with friends.
